EXERCISE AND FUN (TUESDAY & THURSDAY) 10:00 – 11:00 AM
This class is a total workout, isolated stretching exercises for the whole body, seated and standing, singing and vocal exercise, incorporating movement with balls, parachutes, relays and dance. Also strengthening exercises with weights and bands.
Our fitness room is equipped with regulation floor and state-of-the-art exercise equipment – Treadmills, Bikes, Ellipticals, NuStep, weights, bands and more. Come to the center to inquire. All great for cardio exercise health and arthritis too!
LINE DANCING (TUESDAY & FRIDAY) 1:00 – 2:30 PM
TAI CHI (WEDNESDAY) 9:30 – 11:00 AM
WALKING CLUB & FITNESS (WEDNESDAY) 10:30 – 11:45 AM
We are challenging seniors to continue walking, increasing their miles per week. Come in and get started! Work on fitness, slim down and feel better while you improve your overall health. We walk together at the Senior Center facilities on Wednesdays inside or outside on our walking trail (weather permitting) and around the buildings. All walkers work individually during the week and record their miles.

PING PONG & POOL
Pool and ping pong tables available all week in the fitness room for those who care to engage in a game and enjoy physical activity and fun.
BINGO (MONDAY) 10:00 AM
BIRTHDAY BASH EVERY THIRD FRIDAY AND THEME PARTIES THROUGHOUT THE YEAR WITH LIVE MUSIC AND DJs.
